I fell in love with this color for this year. I’ve had the same jacket in a different color last year.The reason I fell in love with THIS one, was the color of the hood! I loved the light gray mixed.When it arrived, the hod fur was solid black. Coat fit great, color beautiful, but I was upset about the huge difference in the hood.I called Amazon, and they were kind and helpful. Sent out another of the same coat, and said switch hoods when the new one arrived...no charge on your card for the 2nd one being sent out.Waited a couple of days, it arrived, but once again, the fur was solid black.If the hood color is hit or miss, I must keep missing. If it’s advertised incorrectly, they should fix it. I’m just going to keep it anyway. Sent the 2nd one back.
